THE PLACE WHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE

Phase one of the urbanization occupies an area of approximately 20 hectares. Work began in February 2016 and have already finished. A project respectful of the environment which includes green spaces alongside the new sector generating other new creations.

A NEW URBANIZATION

This new sector integrates various types of road where aesthetics, functionality and design are key, providing landscaped spaces, bicycle paths and playground areas for maximum user comfort.

MEDITERRANIAN STYLE

More than 2,000 trees have been planted and unique specimens have been transplanted, all with the aim of preserving the characteristic Mediterranean style of this municipality. Likewise, public and private facilities have been planned, expanding the already existing offer in Sitges.
